When I’m not supporting clients in the treatment room, you’ll often find me teaching Taijutsu — a movement practice rooted in traditional Japanese martial arts and focused on fluidity, awareness, and balance.

 

With over ten years of experience in both hands-on healing and martial arts, I see movement and treatment as two sides of the same coin. My classes are an extension of my approach to wellbeing: grounded, intuitive, and focused on reconnecting you with your body’s natural intelligence.

 

Taijutsu is not about force — it’s about presence, adaptability, and learning to move with what life gives you. Whether you’re completely new to martial arts or returning to practice, my sessions offer a calm, supportive space to build strength, sharpen your focus, and cultivate a deeper sense of embodiment.

 

I believe healing can happen through stillness or through movement — and sometimes, it’s both.
