Hi, I’m Lisa. My journey with yoga began in 2003, during a time when I was juggling the demands of a fast-paced work life. Like many, I initially turned to yoga as a way to manage stress, regain focus, and feel more grounded in my day-to-day life. I had no idea back then just how profoundly it would transform not only how I lived, but who I was becoming. What started as a physical practice quickly evolved into a deeper journey of self-awareness, healing, and personal growth.

Through the encouragement and support of some truly inspiring teachers, I took the leap and completed my yoga teacher training in 2011. Since then, teaching yoga has become my passion and purpose — a way to share the tools and practices that brought so much balance and clarity into my own life.

My teaching style is rooted in Vinyasa, which I am naturally drawn to for its rhythmic flow and the seamless connection between breath and movement. I love how it offers the space to both energise and soften — meeting yourself exactly where you are, moment by moment. I weave together flowing sequences with mindfulness, offering students the opportunity to come back to themselves in a safe and supportive environment.

Over the years, I have trained with many wonderful teachers across a range of disciplines, and these influences now shape my teaching. Alongside Vinyasa, I incorporate elements of Yin, Yoga Nidra, and Ashtanga, creating classes that feel varied, nourishing, and full of opportunities for self-discovery. My sessions often blend gentle grounding postures, breath awareness, and meditation, helping students access a deeper sense of presence, calm, and connection — both on and off the mat.

Whether you are looking to build strength and flexibility, manage stress, or simply carve out time for yourself, my intention is always to create a space where you feel welcomed, seen, and supported on your journey. I truly believe that yoga is for every body, and that its power lies not just in the physical practice, but in the way it helps us reconnect — with ourselves, with each other, and with the present moment.

Yoga changed the direction of my life, opening up a path to greater health, happiness, and inner peace. It is a joy and privilege to now hold space for others as they walk their own path towards greater wellbeing.
