Kris is an experienced movement coach focused on functional bodyweight training, mobility, and strength development. He specialises in Animal Flow, a system blending gymnastics, parkour, breakdancing, and yoga to create fluid ground-based movement patterns.
Start your journey into ground-based movement with our Animal Flow beginners course that teaches all the foundational skills, including wrist mobilisations, locomotion or travelling forms, switches & transitions and form-specific stretches. Then you will play with putting the movements together into a flow - the most fun part!
You won't need a mat for this practice, but expect to work hard and have great time!
This workshop is the first step for all students who are new or newer to Animal Flow!
This is the first official Animal Flow course to run in Solihull/Birmingham area and Kris is so excited to be able to bring this amazing bodyweight training flow to you. This is a small group workshop where everyone progresses together.
Animal Flow is an innovative fitness program that combines ground-based movement with elements from various bodyweight training disciplines to create a fun, challenging workout with emphasis on multi-planar, fluid movement.
Animal Flow is great training for all - from beginners to athletes. The class structure includes warm-up drills, wrist stretches, static positions, travelling forms and form-specific stretches. All this will aid your mobility and increase your flexibility, endurance and strength! And all this while having fun.
Some fitness experience is desirable, but not essential. As this is a ground-based movement workout, there is a lot of pressure put on the wrists.
